Prayer is the way of knowing God.
In face of major decisions, spiritual men and women in the Scripture fasted and prayed to seek God’s will so that their decisions made would be pleasing to Him. (Daniel 10:1-14; Nehemiah 1:4-11; Esther 4:12-17; Acts 13: 1-3; Acts 14:19-23) Jesus’ example of fasting and praying is undeniable (Matthew 1：1-11； Mark 1:9-13；Luke 4:1-13).
As TCCC contemplates our current phase of growth and development, a 40-Day Prayer Journey will be launched from March 14 (Sun) to April 22 (Thurs). The three-fold purpose of this Prayer Journey is:
1. To seek God’s will in the ministry direction of TCCC.
2. To discern God’s guidance: if it is in the purchase of 105 Gibson and how it fulfills His will for our ministry.
3. To learn, as a church community, the lessons of unity and harmony in Christ.

“40日禱告旅程”
禱告是認識神的必經之路。
在聖經裏，當屬靈人面對重要的決定之前，他們禁食禱告，為了作合神心意的決定
(但以理書10：1-14； 尼希米書1：4-11； 以斯帖4：12-17；使徒行傳13：1-3；使徒行傳14：19-23)。 耶穌基督禁食禱告的榜樣更是無可致疑 （馬太福音1：1-11； 馬可福音1:9-13；路加福音4：1-13）。愛正堂在增長發展之時，正籍2009年底105 Gibson Drive 的出售，我們作為愛正堂的一份子，豈不是時候同心為了尋求和明白神要我們如何在這社區發揮功用？
因此，我們將會在3月14日（星期日）至4月22日（星期四）發起40日禱告旅程，目的是：
- 同心求主顯明愛正堂的事工方向
- 如何印證購買105 Gibson Drive是否神的心意，來完成祂的事工
- 愛正堂學習群體在基督裏尋求合一和和諧的功課
